Meditation and How to Get Started

 When you think of meditation, what comes to mind? A million reasons why it's not for you? Or how you don't have the time?

 

I have so many people tell me that they can't meditate. They don't have the time. They can't turn their brain off. But, I have good news, it doesn't have to take long, and most definitely do not have to turn your brain off! 

 

However, meditation is a practice. It takes practice to get comfortable with it, and it takes time to see and feel the results. But once you do, you'll be hooked!
