The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also known as tapping is one of my favorite healing tools.It's a process of tapping on different pressure points while simultaneously verbalizing the emotions that you are feeling.
If this is new to you, I know it sounds weird how can tapping on my body and saying how I feel change anything? All I can say is: Don't knock it til you try it.
There's a lot of science behind this particular tool, and how the tapping and the talking sends messages to the brain. I have worked with friends and clients who experienced incredible shifts - from reducing physical pain in the body to realizing that their fear was based on something buried in their past.
